I have an incredibly long list of people to whom I am deeply grateful. I sincerely hope I do not offend anyone by missing a name, but here are those who have played a fundamental role in my journey:
First and Foremost
To my father, Osvaldo Giani, who watches over me from heaven—or perhaps from somewhere else in the universe. He ignited my curiosity and fueled my passion for technology, allowing my knowledge to grow at an astonishing pace. To him, I owe my early understanding of assembly language and binary numbers—long before I could even read or write. I was just 8 years old.
My Mentor
To Dr. Aldo Carlino, who has guided me through every challenge I’ve faced in life. He has been instrumental in helping me survive and thrive in this highly competitive world, guiding me in the path of applied philosophy to life and business.
My Partner in Life
To my wife, Daniela Gonzalez , who has been by my side through everything. She shares every idea and thought with me, enriching my perspective with her wisdom, pragmatism, and vision.
Family Influence
To my grandmother, María Sienra Giani, who shaped my personality with her strength and resilience. She always told me: “Always look forward, never backward. If you fall twice, get up three times.” Her words have guided me throughout my life.
Those Who Opened Doors for Me
To all those who helped pave the way:
- Osvaldo Beuter (Rest in Peace), Gustavo SantaCruz, Rubén Galletti, Sebastián Vázquez and family.
- Sergio Ortalli and Máximo Michael from Accenture.
- Luciana Maffini, my co-equiper in developing one of GEMASOFT’s first software solutions.
- Javier Loucim, my manager at BASF, who later collaborated on my Idomotics startup.
- Adrián Portillo, Franco Benedetto, Jorge Gauna, and many others who joined me in turning our dreams into reality.
- Juan Carlos Trento, who gave me one of my first job opportunities.
- Juan Martín Dahan, whose support in my early career was invaluable.
With many of them, I embarked on countless adventures, always striving to bring our ideas to the world. Their support, insights, and collaboration have shaped the journey I continue to walk today.
To all of you—thank you.
